Rules & Guidelines

Scan the posted QR code to begin your session and keep it active for the entire time you are parked.

Provide your correct license plate number and a mobile phone number. The plate must match the vehicle parked.

One vehicle per stall. Stay within the lines. Do not block drive aisles, fire lanes, loading zones, sidewalks, grass, or reserved areas.

Obey directional and instructional signage. Yield to pedestrians and follow any instructions from parking staff.

Any validation must be added to an active parking session before you leave the lot. Validations cannot be applied after departure. Only authorized tenants may issue validations.

Failure to comply may result in a Parking Notice, immobilization, or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Current rates and terms are posted on-site.

The new paid parking program is designed to create turnover in the L+W spaces so that

customers have a closer parking option relative to businesses on property.

This program is designed to open closer parking options for paying customers instead of the closest spaces to the businesses being full of employee vehicles all day long. We believe this, in turn, will result in businesses having increased traffic. We will also be providing the first 2 hours of parking for free to all customers of the Lee + White development to support the businesses on site.

All ADA parking spaces will remain accessible and at no cost to individuals with a valid permit for the first 2-hours of parking with system engagement. After this these parkers will be subject to the standard rates at the property.

Yes, businesses can purchase validations for their customers. Lee + White businesses can

purchase validations for a base monthly fee of $30.00 plus the cost of the parking fee and

$0.25 per validation. As stated above, guests will also receive the first 2-hours of parking

for free with system engagement.

Employees can pay the parking rates to be parked in the customer designated zones all day or park for free in one of the two employee designated zones on each end of the property.

Clear signage will be placed in all parking areas, supported by social media campaigns and
community outreach. Businesses will also receive materials to inform their patrons.

Yes, customers can extend their parking time through the payment platform without returning to their vehicles.

Non-payment and Non-engagement will result in enforcement actions, such as notices, issued by ParkDNA.

Signage includes simple instructions, and the system is mobile-friendly with multiple payment
options. Support is available via phone or online.

No, the system is entirely digital to ensure efficiency and ease of enforcement.

Unfortunately, parking sessions are non-refundable to ensure operational simplicity.

Rates will be reviewed periodically, but any changes will be communicated well in advance to the community.
