History

Refined Parking Solutions was established to fill a large void in the parking industry. We found smaller, local parking companies lacked resources with insufficient insurance and other critical needs, exposing their clients to risks. Larger regional companies lacked viable location-specific plans due to remote management by acquisition teams and non-parking owners.

Our goal was to stand in this gap by putting together a leadership team to secure those critical resources that were missing, and a top-notch front-facing team of professionals trained to deliver on the local level.
